Great customer service was recognized today by Air Force Maj. Butler stationed here on Andersen AFB. He said that Priscilla’s customer service is exceptional. Every time he comes shopping at our store, she provides outstanding customer service from entering the store until he checks out. She never rushes through his shopping, stays with him until all items are found. “She just makes me feel like I am the only important customer in the store,” Maj. Butler says. Priscilla has been with the Military Clothing store for more than 22 years, and her knowledge and service goes above and beyond.
John Key

John Key (at the Wiesbaden-Hainerberg furniture store) checked the whole order history and told me he was going to do his best to see if I could get my couch. He kept me updated about the order and personally care of my order until I received my couch. Mr. Key has been an extraordinary example in how customer service should be delivered. I was impressed about his professionalism and how he got everything sorted out. Thank you, Mr. Key.

I want to thank to the associates of the Camp Zama Exchange for going far and beyond to make sure I had the Father’s Day gift on time. Manager Miki Shoop and associates Emiko Kayaba, Junji Pascaul and Eiryo Tanaka even drove to another store to get the merchandise I need it because it didn’t came on the delivery truck. I’m very grateful that you really take your customers seriously and that you make sure that we are taking care of.

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize the exceptional service and stellar customer support provided by Daniel, the sales representative at the wireless kiosk in the main store. I visited the Exchange on June 24 to get an international plan added to my Verizon wireless service for an impending TDY on the 29th to Guam. From the start, Daniel assessed my current wireless plan and made recommendations on how to save some dollars, and then provided upgrades that lowered my entire bill compared to my old plan. Definitely glad I stopped into to shop at the Hurlburt Exchange and speak to Daniel. He definitely treats his customers as if they were family. Please convey my appreciation for his great support to AAFES and all its military patrons.

She went well above the norm to make sure I had a military decoration for a no-notice weekend event when she answered the phone even after the store had just closed. At the watch and jewelry counter, Angelena’s assistance was invaluable. I was struggling with a watch my wife purchased online that was too big and needed links taken out of the band. Frustrated that I was unable to take them out myself at the house, I brought the watch to the Exchange. Angelina helped me greatly with her tool kit so that the watch would fit my wife’s wrist. She multitasked helping other customers at the same time with their purchases and helped me back and forth until she got the links out. My wife was very pleased, which in turn made me happy all because of Angelena. Thank you very much Angelina you made my experience at the Exchange very positive.
