Suzi Pizzolato from Customer Service provided outstanding service. I wanted an item from the home and garden department, but it wasn’t listed in the computer as being in the warehouse. She checked the next day, confirmed it was there, put it aside and called me. When I came in to pay, she set up the delivery time that was convenient to me. Susi has an outstanding attitude, is very professional, and exceeded my expectations.

I went in to buy new bikes for my two children. The manager, Mr. Kim, was so great. He took the time to help us with all our questions. He was so nice and had such a wonderful attitude. The bikes we chose were the last ones and he took the time to pump up the tires to make sure the bikes were good for my children to ride. I cannot thank you enough for all your help and amazing kindness. We left the store feeling really happy with the service we received!

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Gloria Parker. She deserves special recognition on her job performance over her 30 years of service. She greets all customers with a friendly smile and answer any questions. She has a superb knowledge of taking care of customers when problems raise. I write this letter in a happy frame of mind for all that Ms. Parker has done while providing customer service. As a senior citizen, I welcome this kind of attitude that she so often demonstrates. Many thanks to Ms. Parker for all her faithful dedication and hard work while serving the military.

I was pumping gas at the Express when my vehicle doors locked with the keys in the ignition. It happened at lunchtime, probably their busiest time of the day. Everything I needed was locked inside the car. I was about to go into a panic mode when David, without my asking, took charge of the situation. He didn’t just offer me the use of his phone, he figured out that I was going to be challenged so he gathered and guided me through that situation. I am thoroughly impressed with David’s professionalism. He handled my problem and serviced his customers at the register without skipping a beat. He turned a possible stressful situation into a positive visit. Thanks, David. I will pass on the kindness you showed me to someone else.
Holynd Elliott

The relatively new manager of the Kwajalein Exchange, Holynd Elliott, has made such a noticeable and wonderful improvement to the store. She treats her customers like family and attacks every issue with a smile and a positive attitude. I am especially impressed with how quickly she made an impact on our tiny community outside of the store by volunteering to coach the youth swim team. She is an incredible asset and Kwaj is better for having her.
