December Customer Shoutouts: These Associates Rock!
William Morgan
Overseas Region/Mainz-Kastel Car Care Center, Germany
I wanted to personally commend William Morgan for the above-and-beyond service I received at the car care center. Although Mr. Morgan was on his break, he observed me having difficulty with the ratchet straps I had just purchased and was trying to learn how to use them to secure items on my Jeep. Mr. Morgan made several trips in and out of his work area to personally ensure I was able to secure and use the straps properly. He spent close to 20 minutes showing me how to use the ratchet straps and even helped me secure the items in my car. He could have stayed on his break and not gone out to assist me. Instead, he went that extra mile, and I am glad you have outstanding associate such as Mr. Morgan. I hope you will recognize this young man for the outstanding service he provides.
Nick Goya

I recently sent an email to Assistant Manager Nicholas Goya about a delivery from the Camp Foster Furniture Store. Nicholas contacted me within 30 minutes telling me that he would immediately correct the issues, although it was 6 p.m. and after normal business hours. Nick personally delivered my furniture to me that night. Nick’s attention and solution were that of a pure professional. He knew there was an issue and knew it needed to be made right—and that is exactly what he did. I can’t say enough how fortunate your organization is to have someone like this onboard. Nick clearly cares about the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
Terry Ellis

I would like to specifically mention Terry Ellis in sporting goods and firearms. Terry did not just treat me like a customer, but truly like a family member who was buying a firearm. The amount of care and consideration that Terry showed me was more than enough to turn me into a repeat customer at the main store. People may come to the Exchange for the prices, but they return for the type of customer care that I received. A big thanks to AAFES, and I hope this organization hires people like Terry more frequently.
Michael Joseph Devin

I’m a frequent customer at GNC. I would like for Joseph to be recognized for his outstanding work, knowledge and expertise! I always send my Soldiers to get advice from him because he has always helped me to meet my goals! His knowledge, customer service and professional attitude speaks volumes! As a leader for a Military Police company, I stress to my Soldiers the importance of physical fitness and appearance because they are the faces of Fort Hood. Joseph has guided my Soldiers on what to take to better improve their fitness. I am proud to see that he cares for the needs of the troops and myself.  Once again, thanks for what you do Joseph! I’ll keep sending my Soldiers to you!

Liz Brown & Monica Duckett

I would like to thank Liza Brown (left) and Monica Duckett for their outstanding customer service. My husband purchased my 10-year anniversary ring from the Exchange. I wanted to combine the rings into one and took it to Kay Jewelry. They welded them together, lost a diamond, replaced it with a fake diamond, then decided to return the diamond and ring stating they could not fix it. What was I supposed to do with a single diamond that’s supposed to be in my ring? After a long battle with Kay’s Jewelry and disappointment, I returned the ring to the Exchange. It was sent off to a company for repair. Liz and Monica fought long and hard with the company after it said they couldn’t fix my ring. Thanks to Liz and Monica’s great support, I got a brand new ring! I cannot thank them enough! This is outstanding customer service.
