Congressman Finds Working at the Exchange ‘Means Business’

DALLAS – U.S. Rep. Marc Veasey visited Exchange headquarters Jan. 17 for his “Marc Means Business” community initiative in which he spends a day seeking to better understand the day-to-day challenges his constituents face. On this particular day, he got a taste of what it’s like to work for the Exchange.

The congressman, whose 33rd district covers parts of Dallas, Irving, Grand Prairie, Arlington and Fort Worth, served Starbucks coffee, bagged groceries and logged inventory at the Express, worked a Burger King lunch shift, and helped Exchange shoppers around the world by putting in time at the customer call center.
