Customer Shout-Outs: These Associates Rock!

Keigan Wilburn
Central Region/Little Rock AFB, Ark.

I would like to share a great customer service encounter I had recently while in your store. My husband and I needed to get wine and alcohol for a gathering, but were unsure of what to get. I walked into your store and I was greeted with a huge smile from Manager Keigan. Mr. Keigan began asking what was I looking for and if he could assist me in any way. Keigan showed and told me about all the wines and drinks. By the time my trip was over, I was well educated. Keigan was very knowledgeable on the products, and his customer service was amazing. While assisting me, he got a page, took care of what the cashier needed and picked back up with assisting me. By far, this was the best customer service I have experienced. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing anyone. Keigan was patient and made sure I was taken care of.

It would be amazing if you had a store full of Mr. Keigans.

I would like to say how professional Charles Morse was at the firearms counter. He is a very knowledgeable weapons expert. He helped me to purchase two rifles, a handgun and the proper scope and mount for my rifle. Please congratulate him for me.

I was looking for an item that was in the store several weeks ago, but not there anymore. All I had to go by was a picture on my phone. I headed to the customer service area where an awesome Exchange associate, Edwin, assisted me in finding the item with little information in the system. He contacted Camp Hansen’s Exchange to ensure that they had the item, then had them hold one for me. Edwin’s work to assist me was greatly appreciated. The Exchange should feel lucky to have an associate as dedicated as Edwin is at assisting customers. Thank you Edwin.

Long overdue shout out for Tim “Ski” Urbanaski. Can’t say enough about how much he displays time after time that customer service is number one to the Wiesbaden community. Tim is always friendly and offers assistance to his customers. He creates a shopping experience worth coming back to again and again. He clearly explains the alternatives at Best Buy and Walmart and lets you know that you’re saving money keeping your purchase in an Exchange store. He was also very efficient and friendly with returning savings to the customer when an item went on sale. Tim handles multiple customers as soon as possible. Please let Tim know that he does not go unnoticed and the community appreciates the extra efforts in making shopping at an Exchange an enjoyable one.
