I went to the Kadena Exchange to shop for a gaming computer for my college-age son. I had in mind a specific computer, but don’t know much about gaming systems. Kristian helped me and was terrific. A gamer himself, he patiently explained issues and needs of gamers, and then recommended a different and better machine than the one I’d wanted for the same price. Then, it turned out the Exchange was out of stock, even though the computer was prominently displayed. Kristian called around the island for another comptuer, but found none in stock. Then, he remembered his store had one that had been returned and was scheduled for clearance. He arranged for me to purchase that machine. I was very very happy with the price, but also with Kristian’s service and help. In addition, Kristian recommended an HP computer that was on sale, but about $100 more than the one I would be returning. Based on my confidence in his knowledge and integrity, I took his recommendation and happily paid the additional $100. Kristian is a terrific sales professional, knowledgeable, courteous and devoted to serving his customer’s needs. Thanks again, Kristian!

I’m a regular customer at the Burger King, where Hannah and Angela are terrific! They provide exceptional customer service to me and other patrons. I’ve observed Hannah giving instruction to a new employee and was impressed with her positive attitude and patient approach. Hannah has assisted a customer in a wheelchair by bringing food and drink to his table. Angela is usually busy cooking, but occasionally helps by providing me or other customers their drinks and foods while her fellow associates were occupied. Hannah and Angela give cheerful greetings when I come in and quickly get my order. You have two outstanding associates who work hard and provide a very positive experience.

During this past Christmas season, I was doing some last-minute shopping at the main store. I was trying to buy an expensive Smartwatch for my grandson. Kris Zornwas busy working logistics issues behind the counter. He saw that his associates were busy with other customers, so he stopped what he was doing to help me. That was appreciated, but he went much further in providing excellent customer service. When we discovered that he did not have the watch in stock, he called and found one at Fort Hood. Then, he arranged to have the watch overnighted to NAS Fort Worth JRB in time for Christmas. As a retired Air Force officer, I appreciate and understand “above and beyond the call of duty.” Kris exemplifies the high standards I have come to expect from my Exchange.
