July’s Customer Shoutouts: These Associates Rock!

During our visit to Exchange’s Subway, the manager was working alone and had a line of customers backing up. She was working as fast as she could and was doing an excellent job. While we were waiting, an associate, Takesha, noticed how busy the manager was and came over to help. It’s amazing to see such excellent associates who pitch in to help others when they see it is needed.

Nick in the PowerZone is a first-class associate and a credit to the Exchange. I was having problems finding a TV, and he went the extra mile to help me find the right one. It took awhile to find it, but he called me back and stayed on the request until he finished the order. I finally was able to order one online at shopmyexchange.com. He even walked me through the complete ordering and checking out process.
Patricia Valentinsantos

I wish to recognize Patricia Valentinsantos for how she took a personal interest in my uniform needs and went above and beyond to assist me with ordering dress mess. She noted I drove from southern Arizona to be properly measured for this very expensive uniform and devoted her full attention to ensuring my uniform was properly ordered. I genuinely appreciate her dedicated customer service and commitment to service. It is clear she fully supports the military customer. Please recognize Pat for leading by example and going the extra mile.
Mike Copeland and Jeremy Dumas

At Pizza Hut, I have always been supremely happy with the food court under Mike’s management. He takes time to help and know his customers’ needs. During the past few years, I have also watched Jeremy interact with us as with all customers. He is always chipper and quick to work all the stations. I’ve never seen him down or lazy in his approach to work. He is kind and goes above and beyond in his customer care. He is never rude or impatient and treats all customers well. As a member of this community, I believe it is refreshing to see a young man be respectful and kind to the children because it sets a great example for my children.
