I supervised and participated in coordinating and implementing of training programs, administrative matters and communication activities. I also provided technical and tactical guidance to lower and higher-grade Soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties by implemeneting a development program for on-commissioned officers. I supervised personnel engaged in firing battery operations, maintenance and training; and conducted to verify direction prior to and during fire. I supervised  receipt accountability, distribution, storage, preparation of ammunition for firing.
