Since I am preparing for COT class 18-01, I needed to purchase my uniforms. Valerie, the Military Clothing store manager, spent about 2.5 hours with me, mom and uncle in assisting with the purchase of the majority of my uniforms. She was patient, helpful, and insightful on the entire process. I am saddened that she will no longer be at Seymour Johnson when I reach my new base station due to her retirement. I wish her the best in her endeavors and know that the Exchange will be missing a jewel!

I required some special help with the purchase of a USAF dress uniform, and without the help of Ms. Keenan, it would not have happened. Her guidance, efforts and professionalism in helping me, including arranging for all tailoring during the same-day visit, made the entire process easy and painless. All items that I requested were ordered and waiting for my arrival. I was surprised how easy the entire purchase was thanks to Ms. Keenan. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did on my behalf in obtaining my dress uniform for me. The effort was so greatly appreciated.
