To enroll in the 401(k) Annual Increase Program, log on to NetBenefits or call 800-835-5098 to choose the amount and select the date for your annual increase. Choose an annual increase of 1 percent or 2 percent and time it to coincide with your annual review or pay increase. The system follows through by automatically increasing your contribution on your selected date each year.

You can change or withdraw from the program at any time by calling the same telephone number or logging into the same website.
