Are You an Exchange Associate Who Honorably Served Our Great Nation? Then, We Want YOU!
If you are an Exchange associate who honorably served our great Nation, we want YOU!
The Exchange is partnering with the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl again to highlight our Veteran associates as part of the Wall of Heroes Project during the game Dec. 22. The game will be held at Texas Christian University’s Amon G. Carter Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas.
Pictorial mosaic
The Wall of Heroes Project is a pictorial mosaic of Veterans from all eras and branches and will be on display at the annual Armed Forces Bowl inside the Veterans Village.
The Exchange will have its own section, featuring Veterans who are active associates. We would love to highlight your service on this very prestigious wall and on the Exchange’s social media channels. Fifteen Veteran associate stories will be chosen to represent the Exchange on the Wall of Heroes.
How do you share your story? It’s simple.
To share your story of service, we will need the following:
- Branch you served in
- Years you served
- Military occupational specialty
- Brief description of your time in service (150-200 words)
- Attached high-resolution photo of you when you wore the cloth of our Nation or that best represents your service (approved file formats are png, gif and jpeg)
Please submit your story to StratComNews@aafes.com no later than close of business Sept. 24.
