For the 11th consecutive year, the Exchange has been named one of the top 50 best companies for Latinas by LATINA Style magazine.

The LATINA Style 50 Report is considered the most respected evaluation of career advancement opportunities for Hispanic women in corporate America. Its annual report identifies corporations that provide the best career opportunities for Latinas in the United States.

“The Exchange is proud to again be named one of the top 50 companies for Latinas,” said Exchange President and Chief Merchandising Officer Ana Middleton, one of the organization’s highest-ranking Hispanic women. “We are committed to training, mentoring and promoting a workforce that represents the diversity of the people we serve—America’s Warfighters, retirees and their families.”

The annual awards ceremony honoring all 50 companies will take place on February 21, 2019 as part of the LATINA Style’s Diversity Leaders and Awards Conference in Washington, D.C.
