October’s Customer Shoutouts: These Associates Rock!

Wanted to compliment DIEGO on his work ethics, dedication to assisting customers and always ensuring the store is in high standard of orderliness & cleanliness. I’ve been at the exchange on numerous occasions and Diego is always hard at work returning things to shelves and assisting customers. Diego has assisted me on a few occasions, always courteous and professional. He’s prompt with looking up if an item was in stock or with prices. Thank you for hiring such capable, outstanding service oriented and friendly associates whom provide excellent customer service which results in an overall great shopping experience. I hope Diego will stay an full time employee at the Ederle exchange for many years to come.

Song Pae Cho and Chi-hui Yu

I wanted to ensure that I acknowledged Song Pae Cho and Chi-hui Yu for their outstanding customer service. I wanted to buy a basketball hoop to take back to Seoul with me; however, I have a medium sized SUV and I had all three of my young boys sitting in the middle seat. Instead of making me purchase the hoop first, they said we could see if it would fit in the car. I was so appreciative. They met me out back and we proceeded to move seats, they even went and found a screwdriver so that we could pop my headrests off, to allow us to finally fit it in. They went to great lengths to help me out, and I could not have been more appreciative. They made it easy to pay and they also made sure the car stayed safe while I paid, which really went the extra mile. I was so impressed with their kindness and how much they went out of their way when we easily could have given up. They are outstanding employees, and I hope I will bump into them again in the future to again express my gratitude.

Ms Angela is a phenomenal asset to to the exchange here at Seymour Johnson AFB. Over the last year I have purchased several products from the electronics department; almost all with Ms Angela’s assistance. It is professionalism, expertise and always positive demeanor that makes it a pleasure to shop for all my devises when she is working. Within the community I have experienced good and bad service from the big electronic stores and I can without hesitation that Ms Angela has by far provided me and others I have seen her assist the best customer I have experienced in many years. It is like I am a member of the family and each time a make a purchase I leave the BX I leave with a smile on my face, exactly how Ms Angela welcomes me whenever I shop!

I just wanted to give a positive feedback on Susan, who is the main face of the Clear AFB BX/Shoppette. She is always upbeat and happy, and makes it a point to learn everyone’s first name and greet them with it. I think she’s wonderful and wanted to give her some acknowledgement.
