Exchange Works with Mountain Home Airman for Valentine’s Day to Remember

Maj. Noah Siple, an Airman at Idaho’s Mountain Home AFB, had big plans to propose to his girlfriend on Valentine’s Day.

He shopped the Exchange online for just the right ring and ultimately chose the “Design Your Own” feature on ShopMyExchange.com, using his Military Star card for the purchase.

With time running out before Valentine’s Day and the ring in the final stages of design, it became clear that Siple’s plan might be in jeopardy.

In stepped the Exchange escalations team.

Once they heard Siple’s plan, the team created a special order and overnighted the ring to Mountain Home, where it arrived on Valentine’s Day, just in time for Siple to propose that night at the Broadway Theater.

The happy ending gets even happier as she said “Yes!”
