February’s Customer Shoutouts: These Associates Rock!

I would like to thank Terry, manager of the Sembach Express and Cornelia of the Cleaners at Kleber Kaserne.

They both went out of the their way to help me when a pair of my dress pants were lost by the dry cleaning service.

Connie went through a lot of effort to find the missing pants and eventually mediated the claim for me when they could not be recovered.

Their dedication to customer service is much appreciated and should be commended as an example for other employees to follow. Thank you.

Susana is an associate in the main store who was so VERY helpful! Two things were out of stock in two different departments, and she took time to check inventory and get the items for me each time.

She did it with a smile and was happy to help. I am so appreciative for her positive attitude and assistance. Made my day!

I called to see if the Military Clothing Store had any Cyber Branch material for my ASUs. The store did not have any, but refused to let the situation end there. With dogged persistence,  Theresa Spraggins worked until she secured the items.

I have never had an individual from Military Clothing work so hard to obtain items in my entire 22-year career. This for sure is the standard for what customer service should look like!

My wife and I shopped at main store. Marissa went above and beyond what any would expect. She looked for work boots in the size I wanted. The Exchange did not have my size, but she got online at ShopMyExchange.com and found the size I needed. And, they were on sale. So she assisted with our purchase of shoes for myself and also helped me set up our account on ShopMyExchange.com.

Without her help, we would have never known about the website. She should get some kind of recognition from her supervisors. Great associate. Thanks, Marissa.

Ty, an associate in your PowerZone, took extra steps to assist me. The product was advertised in a flyer, X-Box-S; however, it was not on the floor. The first associate I asked stated the product was not on the floor and did not know when it would be available, but I could order it on ShopMyExchange.com.

Ty overheard,  and said he would look in the back and found it! Ty provided excellent customer service.
