At LUKE AFB, Ariz., Kellymichelle Morris of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen gets into the festive spirit of the restaurant’s recent Mardi Gras celebration. Customers danced to jazz music and wore Mardi Gras beads. Sales rose 10 percent over the same time last year, while the MILITARY STAR penetration rate hit 16 percent.
