She was very understanding, remained patient and was helpful the entire time. Thank you for being so understanding to a very complicated customer.

Great job by your associate Minako. I was looking for a specific shoe size that was not on the sales floor. After looking in the back and confirmed that the store was out of that size. I asked if she could take my name and contact me when my size came in. She took my request further and contacted the Exchange at Kadena AB, where they did have my size.
The shoes were delivered the next day, and Minako followed up with me to ensure I received the shoes I wanted. Thanks for the personal shopping experience.

We want to send a heartfelt “thank you” to April Glickman and her staff of Kara and Katty. On Dec. 7, they went above and beyond aiding us in preparing my father’s (CMSGT retired Joseph A. Lewis) uniform for his funeral. My father was a command sergeant major. They were kind, sincere professionals in every way. We will never forget them! It was a difficult time for my sister and I, and their generosity made for a smooth, hassle-free experience.

Tim Adams went far above and beyond the call of duty in helping us obtain delivery of a sofa and love seat which was too large for the contracted delivery company to bring into our home. Mr. Adams and Customer Service worked with us in an amazing show of outstanding service.
He arranged for the furniture to be delivered to the McChord Exchange and had his private delivery service unwrap the sofas prior to bringing them into the house, making them fit nicely through the door. We appreciate Tim’s extra efforts very much.
If there is an award for outstanding service, he deserves to be the recipient. He worked very hard right before Christmas to help us. Thanks so much for having such great people.
