Aless Real, concept manager at the Exchange’s Starbucks, created a special homecoming for a Fort Carson military family.

The father, an Army captain, was returning from a six-month deployment to Afghanistan and wanted to surprise his family, especially his children. So Real “hired” him as a Starbucks associate to take family members their drink order.

His children had no idea their father was back in Colorado.
