Exchange Named a Top 50 Company for Latinas
For the 12th consecutive year, Latina Style magazine has named the Exchange one of the 50 best companies for Latinas to work, highlighting the organization’s commitment to championing diversity.
The LATINA Style 50 Report identifies corporations that provide the best career opportunities for Latinas in the United States. More than 700 companies were evaluated on the number of Latina executives, retention, mentoring programs and more.
The magazine’s annual rankings are considered a respected source of information for Hispanic women across the country.
“The Exchange embraces diversity, and this recognition is a testament to our efforts,” said President and Chief Merchandising Officer Ana Middleton, the Exchange’s highest-ranking Hispanic woman. “Latinas make up 4.5% of the Exchange workforce. Having a diverse team is vital to delivering the best service to our Nation’s heroes—Soldiers, Airmen and their families.”
The Exchange was honored in part for recruiting efforts, including visiting schools and career fairs cross the country. Candidates are encouraged to seek career opportunities at www.ApplyMyExchange.com.
The annual awards ceremony honoring all 50 companies is scheduled for Feb. 13 as part of the LATINA Style 50 Awards and Diversity Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C.
