I would like to highlight Michael Dedovich for going above and beyond to assist me. He was persistent from start to finish, ensuring the attention to my vehicle was met and above standard. He assisted with the diagnostics and explained services he recommend. I am extremely grateful for his concerned attitude. Michael did everything in his power to accommodate me and make this a less agonizing experience. He is truly an asset to the Auto Care Center.

 

Joana Weinzetl and Juanita Jacobus

In the Outdoor Living/Garden Center, Joana and Juanita were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact product I was looking for when I was shopping for a grill. From looking up the exact grill that matched my written description because I did not know the name to checking in the back inventory and making sure that it got in my car, these associates were the best.

I would like to highlight Michaela, who has worked at the Airborne Express for several years. She is a most skilled person with award-winning customer service skills. Every morning, she greets customers by name and remembers their preferences in what they usually buy. Although the line at the cash register is sometimes long, she rings us up as fast as possible. While I am standing at the register,  she still makes time to ask how my children are doing and never forgets to wish me a good day. She does that with every single customer.

She handles the worst situations in the most professional way, while always having a smile on her face. She is the reason I come to this location, even if it isn’t on my way. She works so hard that it’s amazing how one single person can do so much, especially in the mornings when everybody is rushing to work.

She is an amazing Exchange associate who all customers truly love and appreciate. She makes #LifeBetterAtBenning! Thank you for all you do, Michaela!

 

Janel Hamilton

I am recommending Janel for a customer service award or monetary bonus. My daughter and I needed assistance in shoes, specifically finding stability running shoes for my daughter. When I inquired as to how the shoe types were identified in the store, Janel did some research and returned with a full inventory of all shoes sold in the Exchange and their stability, cushion and motion control. We bought shoes with confidence that they are the correct fit. We really appreciate the exemplary customer service Janel provided. Please honor her commitment and follow-through so that she knows she is appreciated.

I had the pleasure of shopping at the JB Elmendorf Exchange. I was greeted by hospitable and courteous associates. They were knowledgeable of the merchandise I wanted to purchase. Jenny De Paz provided outstanding service in the Lancôme cosmetics section and responsive to my needs. Cecille Eaken, who has served me several times, always makes me feel comfortable and helped me recently select a woman’s watch. These two individuals went above and beyond—and are the reasons I return to shop at JB Elmendorf Exchange. Kudos to Cecille and Jenny!.

A caller wanted everyone to know how Ingrid Brown provided great customer service. He states she was very professional and assisted him and followed through. He was able to get a resolution to all his issues in one phone call. Way to go !
