Exchange shoppers and associates can track daily mail and package deliveries on smartphones, tablets and computers thanks to the U.S. Postal Service’s Informed Delivery.

Informed Delivery by USPS takes the Exchange shopping experience another step forward in satisfaction, comfort and communications. USPS scans images of all mail, packages and sales flyers, including those sent from the Exchange.

For instance, customers can view full-color covers of weekly tabloids in their mailboxes complete with calls-to-action encouraging them to take advantage of services and promotions that could result in savings for customers and additional sales for the Exchange.

To date, more than 40,000 Exchange customers have signed up for the free Informed Delivery, which sends snapshots to their email addresses.

In July 2019, the Exchange tabloid team signed up as a participating partner in Informed Delivery. This allowed the team to share a preview of the tabloid, showcasing the cover, inside spread, and calls to action.

The calls to actions inform customers about the expanded Veteran shopping benefits and expanded patronage; Exchange Select products; sweepstakes; Buy Online, Pick Up in Store; exclusive MILITARY STAR card offers; and other promotions.

To use Informed Delivery, customers and associates can download the app from Microsoft, Google Play or the App Store, then create an account here.
