A Message from Senior Leaders on COVID-19: Taking Care of Warfighters And Each Other
Fellow Exchange Teammates,
In the past few weeks, your Exchange family has focused on supporting the military community during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.
Although this is uncharted territory, we appreciate all you are doing to serve our Nation’s heroes.
We will get through this together. The Exchange remains “family serving family”—taking care of the best customers in the world and each other.
In challenging times, the Exchange stands strong. We are receiving notes from commanders at installations around the world praising your hard work, kindness and dedication. You are truly making lives better for our military communities.
For some, the uncertainty of COVID-19 can be stressful and even frightening. Please know that resources are available to help, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s tips for managing anxiety.
The Exchange’s Magellan Healthcare Employee Assistance Program features guidelines for handling stress and offers immediate, confidential and compassionate help for you and your family members who may be struggling.
They can be reached by calling 800-424-5988 or visiting www.MagellanAscend.com and searching for the Exchange under “Find My Company.”
Thank you for your dedication to our enduring mission to take care of Warfighters wherever they go. We are honored to be your teammates.
Please take care of yourself, your families and each other.
All the best,
yay go team Homestead
