Fort Hood Exchange Arby’s Manager Robert Stenson delivers a customer’s food order curbside.

Fort Hood Soldiers and families can practice safe physical distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic while still getting meals from Exchange restaurants.

The Fort Hood Exchange is testing an online ordering system for several of its restaurants. Customers with installation access can visit www.MyExchangeFood.com and place their orders for combo meals, entrees, sides, desserts and drinks and select either pickup at the restaurant location or curbside to-go. For curbside to-go, customers can park in designated spaces outside the restaurant, and an Exchange associate will bring their bagged items to them on a tray to minimize contact.

“The Exchange is making every effort to continue serving our community in ways that are safe and convenient,” said Fort Hood Exchange General Manager Daniel Wise. “The website provides contactless ordering from Fort Hood Exchange restaurants. Customers can browse the menus, order, pay online and let the Exchange do the cooking so they can focus on their family and work during these stressful times.”

Fort Hood diners can order online from the Clear Creek main Exchange Boston Market, Subway, Arby’s and Charleys.

The Exchange currently offers online ordering at restaurants at most overseas Exchange locations. Fort Hood is the first CONUS location to test this service.
