125 Years of Family Serving Family – Turan Sezenoz, Ankara Air Base
One in a series honoring the Exchange’s 125 years of family serving family
For Turan Sezenoz, his love for the Exchange began the year he was born— in 1958, when his father began with the Exchange as an accountant.
“Working for the Exchange has always been my family business,” said Sezenoz, a food service and Express contractor at Ankara Air Base, Turkey. “Being a part of the Exchange family is definitely one of the most important opportunities I have had in my lifetime.”
Sezenoz has been with the Exchange for 44 years— eight as an associate and 37 as a contractor. Sezenoz’s goal is to continue working for as long as he is able.
“I am proud to be a part of this family and I am willing to continue to serve the Exchange with the same enthusiastic feeling I had 44 years ago,” he said.
Sezenoz said being a part of the Exchange family has made life away from work better, too.
“Happiness in family life and success in business life are like each inseparable sides of a sheet,” Sezenoz explained. “One side is always feeding the other for their coexistence. Being a part of the Exchange family is a distinguished privilege.”
