125 Years of Family Serving Family – Wilma Goller, Grafenwoehr Express
One in a series honoring the Exchange’s 125 years of family serving family
As a person who loves to lead people, Wilma Goller became a supervisor after one year working as a cashier for the Grafenwoehr Express. After 17 years, her joy for leading her team and helping customers has only grown.
“I love to work with, lead and motivate my team,” Goller said. “Ensuring our customers feel welcome and that they enjoy their shopping experience always makes my day better.”
Goller has also worked as a leader for the mobile field Exchange supporting service members during Defender-Europe 20 at Camp Kasserine. Defender-Europe 20 is a deployment exercise in support of NATO and the U.S. National Defense Strategy.
“I want to support the people who are far away from home,” she said. “It makes me happy to serve and help customers.”
Goller is proud of her service with the Exchange and plans to continue being positive role model her teammates can look up to.
“Deciding to work for the Exchange is one of the best things I have done in my life,” Goller said.
