Associate Appreciation Discount Starts Dec. 4!
All U.S. paid, active Exchange associates will receive an appreciation discount Dec. 4 through Dec. 6.
To thank our Exchange heroes for their extraordinary efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Exchange is offering an Associate Appreciation Discount from Dec. 4 through Dec. 6.
All U.S. paid, active Exchange associates will receive a 20% discount on purchases using a MILITARY STAR card, or 10% with other payment methods. The discount may be used multiple times.
“The Exchange is family serving family—and heroes serving heroes,” said Director/CEO Tom Shull. “Thank you for all you have done during this challenging year. The Exchange benefit has never been more vital—and the work you do each day allows us to deliver on our “we go where you go promise.”
This event, along with the Hero bonus/award, is presented in lieu of funds that the Exchange traditionally provides for associate holiday parties to celebrate the year’s success. This year, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, these gatherings are discouraged. The shopping discount is the Exchange’s way of celebrating associates and supporting holiday spirit across Team Exchange.
A printable coupon with bar code will be available with Dec. 4 paycheck stubs in Employee Self Service. For online purchases, associates should use the code HEROES2020. Associates can click here for additional information.
The discount does not apply to prior purchases and excludes fuel, cigarettes and tobacco, gift cards, phone cards, uniforms/fatigues and DLATS. It is not valid at Exchange Online Mall, Exchange restaurants, concessions, NEX, CGX, MCX or DeCA facilities.
At OCONUS facilities, local nationals will receive a coupon, to be presented at the register, for a free combo meal at participating Exchange restaurants. The onetime-use coupon provides a maximum $10 discount, has no cash redemption value and is not valid at NEX, CGX or MCX locations.
