MINOT AFB EXPRESS – CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
Sky has been part of the Minot Express team for almost a year. She is essential to success as she is always willing to assist where needed in the facility. Sky has shown dedication and determination at the Minot Express through her hard work. She is always willing to come in when needed and moves her schedule around without question whenever an associate is in need. She has an upbeat personality that reflects onto the customers as they always leave with a smile. Sky is a team player, whether it is for the store or other associates; we can always count on her to do what is needed.

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB CHARLEYS PHILLY STEAKS
Jeffrey Compton has been with the Wright-Patterson Charleys Philly Steaks for over a year as an INT FSW and is always willing to help with any work. When he started his position at Charleys, he had an aide to guide and help him learn all the duties and responsibilities of being a crew member. The aide was there to make sure Jeff could perform as a FSW without any restrictions and concerns. After about a month, Jeff was doing well and no longer needed the aide. Jeff can do the job of cook, assistant cook and cashier, and he has excellent customer service skills. As a valued employee who overcame his disability challenges, he shows pride in his job and goes above and beyond in providing exemplary customer service. Overall, the Merchant Centric Survey completed by our customers are all on the positive side, with Jeff’s contribution to make Charleys Philly Steaks at Wright-Patterson one of the best customer experiences.

FORT HOOD – TRULY TEXAS
Amidst COVID-19, Terry successfully relocated the Truly Texas suite a few doors down on Nov. 10. Now he has included an anchor kiosk outside his store selling gourmet treats. The anchor was custom built by the concessionaire for this location and has increased sales dramatically, including a 56% increase in November ($18,389 CM vs $17,784 LY CM). During the holiday season, Terry offered custom gift baskets with unique and personal items and even provided complimentary gift wrapping for items purchased at their location. They continuously support their community through outreach events, and their community always supports them. In attendance for their grand opening was the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Hood Spouses Club. In a single month after opening, Truly Texas earned almost $50,000 in gross sales and over $45,000 in December, easily doubling their sales from LY.
