Mrs. Reyes has been a faithful and dedicated employee at the Robins Main Exchange for 28 years! The Robins Main Exchange Jewelry Center has total sales of $218,000, to which Ramona has personally contributed over 75% of sales. As a retired military wife, she understands that being customer-ready and sharing product knowledge is key to closing sales. She is consistently one of our top sellers of Exchange Protection Plans and MILITARY STAR® Penetration averages at 43%. Mrs. Reyes is a team player, and through her loyalty, dedication and compassion continuously strives to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with our military families. Due to Jeanette’s hard work and dedication, our Arby’s is the first National Certified Training site in Eastern Region. She has worked toward this goal for over a year. During that time, Jeanette has built a team that is equally enthusiastic about the Arby’s brand. Together, they learned all areas of the brand, cheered each other on and ensured that everyone received the training they needed. The team kept focus on the goal, and our guests are delighted with the service and product they receive every visit. This shows in the vast increase of positive customer comments. Jeanette is a highly motivated manager, and her enthusiasm for teaching and coaching is next to none.

FORT GORDON ADMIN
Kathy is exceptional and critical to helping things run smoothly. Simply put, she is the glue that holds all the AAFES branches at Fort Gordon together! Not only is she incredibly effective at gently ensuring that all required operational and compliance tasks are complete (such as Workload Planner) through daily updates and reminders, but she conducts all surveys for the food court, spirits and beer—even though the Pricing Survey position was eliminated. Her ability to juggle tasks, analyze data, communicate inconsistencies and keep us all aligned is a tremendous help! In addition, she reviews and takes action on the Low Margin, Weekly Pricing and Consistency reports, informing us when there are pricing issues and how to best resolve them. This just barely scratches the surface of the many tasks that Kathy does day in and day out to keep us all on track, enabling us to focus on taking the very best care of our customers. It’s impossible to put a value on Kathy’s work because she does so much behind the scenes without a hint of complaining. We know her effort, patience and kindness are priceless and deserving of recognition, and we are incredibly grateful and blessed to have her on our team!
