Davide has been one of our Power Zone experts for over 12 years and is fully committed to providing exceptional experiences to our customers. He takes great pride in completing his work with precision and accuracy and consistently looks for opportunities to improve operations. Davide is always sharing ideas and suggestions. He is one of our Protection Plan champions and has been instrumental in helping our facility achieve a YTD attachment rate of 19.47% (first for main stores in Europe and second for main stores worldwide). In January, Davide led our store in both AppleCare and EPP sales with over 37 units sold! His dedication to making sure our customers know about the great benefits of EPP and AppleCare is commendable, and we are truly lucky to have him as part of the Exchange Team!
Benjamin Alsammak

Benjamin is an integral part of the inventory team, assisting in the preparation and execution of our annual inventory. He came to our team as a direct hire and brings many different strengths, but the key things that set him apart are his flexibility and drive. As his initial tour is closing, he has ensured that he is performing his job in an exceptional manner and, as always, he is the consummate professional. Benjamin has been a Secondary BII as well as a driving part of the inventory execution at all the branches involved. His attention to detail and organizational ability have shepherded our team to the outstanding inventory execution in Southwest Asia. Renate played the key role in opening the first micro market on Tower Barracks within a short three-month timeframe. Her determination and motivation to make our customers happy during their long wait times at the Welcome Center has paid off, and the micro market has been a huge success. Since Renate started working for the vending contractor, she has always stepped in when we had new requests and made things possible such as mask and hygiene vending machines at the camps.
