Sandra Byington
Hanscom Main Store

Sandra excels as the Damage/Defective Laborer. She evaluates damaged merchandise and makes wise decisions on making the return a markdown or write-off. Sandra works closely with vendors and companies to obtain return authorizations to ensure all of the returns are processed quickly. She does a fantastic job of labeling all the merchandise in the damage cage, making it easy to know what actions were taken. Her outstanding work has significantly reduced our markdown usage by 70%, or $10,405. Way to go Sandra!

Kevin Kuzmik
Fort Meade – Charleys Philly Steaks

Kevin is doing a fantastic job leading the Charleys team to the top of the region for year-to-date reviews. Currently, we are at 4.66% out of 5 and also have the lowest negative percentage at 2.1%. His customer service attitude exemplifies Charleys’ “Give a Great Experience Every Time 100%” expectation. We recently received a customer comment that displays how Kevin’s positive attitude and customer-centric focus can make a guest’s day:

“On my recent visit, employee Kevin and his two female companions represented your organization exceptionally. The three of them really had their act together and even treated the customers after me with the same enthusiastic professionalism they showed me. I am very impressed. Job well done!”

Kathryn Early
Fort Drum – Services

Kathryn is the newest member of the Services team. She is quickly adjusting to the world of vending. She has visited every building on post to meet with the building managers and gain their interest in vending machines. Kathryn meets regularly with our vending partners to increase awareness and our relationships. Through her hard work, she has added over 40 machines and two more micro markets for Fort Drum. As a former e-commerce associate, she is happy to help the main store at any time.  She embodies the value of Family Serving Family!
