Travis Military Clothing Store — Travis Warehouse Associate
Travis MCS would like to recognize Lyka Boncato for her overall contributions. She is a driving force behind our growth in approved MILITARY STAR® applications, and her energy has helped charge the team to boost their numbers. Not only is Lyka leading the highest percentage on the sales floor, but she’s also rocking it in the stockroom, assisting in reorganizing merchandise making it easier to assist customers. In addition to being the main receiver, Lyka personally calls customers to follow up on their orders driving our $52k sales increase! Her ability to multitask, share her knowledge, and lead is one of the main reasons why Travis MCS is recharged and ready to take on 2021.

Kirtland AFB — Midas Manager
Kirtland AFB Midas Manager Mike Reynolds is never too busy to help a customer and offers free tire repairs to Airmen and their families! Midas opened a month into the pandemic and has steadily increased sales every month. Mike has taken the lead during this difficult year to promote social distancing and sanitizing his waiting area. He is working with various agencies on base to provide service to fleet vehicles. Mike has made MILITARY STAR his priority and his Mil Star penetration is currently at 13.57%. He makes sure his customers are aware of the great benefits of Mil Star and offers car-care Mil Star promotions to his customers. Mike’s dedication to the Kirtland community has been exceptional and he is a great business partner!
Doris Thomas
Joint Base Lewis-McChord Lewis Main — Charley’s Team Member
Doris Thomas is a valuable team member of the Lewis Main Food Court. Her time and effort while working at Charley’s has been nothing short of exemplary. For 30 years, she has worked tirelessly to take care of our troops. Her work ethic is exceptional and her contribution to the food court is tremendous. Doris goes above and beyond every single day to provide the best possible customer service members and their families. As a Veteran’s wife, she understands the meaning of Family Serving Family, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer leaves with a smile on their face. She is truly an invaluable asset to JBLM Exchange and deserving of this special recognition!
