Geoffrey Brown

NASJRB Fort Worth

Brown is the manager of the mobile kiosk at NASJRB BX. He is doing an excellent job taking care of our customers.  He not only provides prompt service to mobile kiosk customers but is always willing to assist the customers shopping in that area of the BX. April 2021 wireless sales show an increase of $22,354 over March 20Geoffrey 21 sales, a 73% increase!  Geoffrey is always looking for ways to market and grow the business.  He has a table set up inside the entrance to the BX with promotional materials and is working on signage to place outside to drive customers to the kiosk. He is an asset to both Wireless Advocates and the Exchange.

Pearl Louis B. Jones

Charleys concept manager

Fort Campbell Food Court

Pearl operates the Charleys on Fort Campbell. Customer service is her top priority, and she has instilled it into her associates. She always exceeds her required number of 30 customer feedback surveys, with the majority of them being positive comments. Her scores on her corporate visits are always extremely high as noted on response from her Charley’s franchise business consultant in a recent visit.  “Today I completed a WLO at Fort Campbell. Pearl and her team posted one of the highest WLO [We Love Operations] scores in my 3 years with Charley’s, 98.75%. You will see in the ‘Action Items’ that I support and anticipate Fort Campbell to be a Training Restaurant for future managers within the Charley’s/AAFES system. Pearl has done an incredible job bringing this store back from the remodel and the COVID crisis.” Pearl has a desire for knowledge and is always seeking ways to improve and perfect her operation.

James MacKillop

Firearms supervisor

Randolph AFB Main Store

James MacKillop, the Firearms supervisor at the Randolph Exchange, was asked to assist in the opening of the Laughlin Firearms counter. He stayed in constant contact with the Laughlin team to ensure they were meeting timelines and had the needed paperwork and training to meet the grand opening dates he was provided. James took a hands-on approach to assist in the training, setup and opening weekend of the Firearms counter. His knowledge of firearms regulations for both the Exchange and the ATF allowed for a successful opening with overall sales increase of 115%. James exemplifies our mission statement of “We go where you go to improve the quality of your lives through goods and services we provide.” In addition to this huge concept, James has worked closely with RSR to ensure that stock levels at the Randolph Firearms counter have remained consistent.
