Eastern Region is proud to recognize Merissa Snead, Heather Laudun and Sam Rosen for their contribution to the Exchange mission!

Merissa has stepped up and accepted the responsibilities of Customer Service supervisor. She has taken on the leadership role, training new associates, solving issues with minimal management assistance and addressing other Customer Service responsibilities to ensure Customer Service standards are maintained. She is excelling in her new role, in addition to her current job — managing price changes, promos, SFS and assisting throughout the facility. Her attention to accountability remains her primary focus; she maintains spreadsheets to ensure price changes aren’t missed and brings erroneous changes to management’s attention. She saved us over $3,000 in markdown money in April after finding a receiving error. Merissa continually juggles any tasks asked of her and is well respected as a team player by all her teammates.

Heather Laudun has only been a manager a little over a year and has made a dramatic impact in her new position. She is all about building a team, keeping associates informed and preparing them for succession. Recently she was selected by Starbucks for the “Manager of the Quarter” for the Northeast region. This award recognizes store leaders who have made a significant contribution in all areas of their facilities. She was chosen from among 20 nominated managers and is now in the running for the “Manager of the Year’” award for the Northeast region.  Heather lives and breathes Starbucks and prides herself on providing high quality coffee, delicious food and excellent customer service.

The team at Goodyear always goes above and beyond for each customer. Recently a customer that just arrived from Vermont called asking for directions; he had been lost on post for 20 minutes. He didn’t have an appointment, but the Goodyear team was able to take care of him and get his SUV road-ready again. Mr. Thomas could not say enough about how wonderful the team was and how accommodating they were.  This is what Goodyear is all about – taking great care of every customer!
