The Vandenberg Exchange would like to recognize LS Carwash owner Ricardo Duque. Ricardo has been with the Exchange family for about a year and during this time, he has generated $19,000 in new sales for the Exchange with $4,000 in income. Ricardo and his team offer hand-wash services that are available six days a week. He is expanding to two new locations in Idaho and Alaska.  LS Carwash provides exceptional services for Airmen and their families.

Nancy is an invaluable member of the White Sands Subway team! Her dedication to the customer experience and upholding brand standards has had a profound impact on the performance of her facility during FM March. The average ticket was up $2.76 or 38%, leading to an overall sales increase of 10% vs. the previous year. Her facility received a score of 91% on Subway’s quarterly Steritech inspection as well as receiving a total of 31 customer surveys with a 90% overall satisfaction, wherein Nancy was named multiple times for her commendable service!

Amber has gone above and beyond, assuming the responsibilities in the absence of key associates including her store manager. She is often seen multitasking – running a register, offloading our trucks, and pulling product to continue stocking shelves. Amber does all this without guidance or direction. She has taken on extra projects and does everything with ease, showing that teamwork really does make the dream work!  She played a key part during the installation training in April and contributed to the overall success of the facility. Sales reached 80% A AFP and 114% A LY.  It is associates like Amber that give us the privilege of serving the best customers in the world!
