Gina is recognized for her customer service, highlighted in this recent customer comment: “I’d like to compliment your manager, Mrs. Gina Gerhard, for the excellent and loyal customer service she provided on Saturday evening, 7 August minutes before closing time. My teenage grandchildren and I had been in San Antonio for a baseball tournament and prior to heading back to Austin that evening we went in to shop in the Exchange. We went back out to an empty parking lot and could not get our car to start. We were very blessed that Mrs. Gerhard was there that evening and aided with calm and skilled guidance. She provided tools to open and remove the battery from the keyless remote to find the correct keyless battery size that was preventing the car from starting. Unfortunately, the store did not have the correct size and knowing my dilemma, she remembered she personally had the right size in her personal belongings and graciously gave it to me. We were able to restart the car and get back on the road to safely return home. I praise her for her professionalism, her open heart, and her concern not to leave anyone behind in distress. A quality that comes from her years as an employee and training. Demonstrating the ability to size up a situation and develop a solution to fit any contingency.”

Kimberly Molina Cruz is one of our dining room associates. Every day, she goes above and beyond by keeping the dining room, customer contact areas, and all the front restaurant counters clean and in-line with COVID protocols. Kim is the face of the food court … the first and last impression our customers have of our food court. She is always there to greet everyone with a friendly smile. Kim is an incredible teammate, who is always willing to lend a hand without hesitation and played a huge role in the successful launch of Door Dash. Whatever the team needed, she was there filling drinks and packaging orders. Way to go, Kim!

Whiteman AFB
Kellie Duffendack is a services operations assistant at Whiteman AFB and has been a part of the team for more than three years. Kellie goes above and beyond to work with the commissary and Morale, Welfare and Recreation to plan events to engage with the customers. Due to its location, Whiteman has difficulties getting food trucks to come to the base, but Kellie has recently secured four new food truck vendors to offer amazing food to the community. Command and the community are thrilled with the new trucks, and we are honored to have her on our team.
