III Corps Express – Fort Hood
Maria Souders is a dedicated associate for the new Chopz HUB and SPOKE program at III Corps Express on Fort Hood. Her attention to detail and superb work ethic has launched this program with remarkable results. Since beginning the program providing sandwiches, wraps and salads to the III Corps Express and the eight other Express locations on Fort Hood, Chopz for Fort Hood has netted $43,358, which is 10,346 units. The success of this program is a direct reflection of Maria’s tireless service and dedication to the Express.

Marla Hinson was promoted to concept manager at Lackland ST Starbucks in July 2021. She has put in the work for her new role and has the results to prove it! Direct operating profit 13.9% above financial plan, gross profit 4.3% AFP, PC 29% AFP, productivity 27.6% AFP. Marla’s greatest attribute is the dedication she shows the facility and her team. Every day, she sits down with a team member to go over new procedures or to follow up on previous training. She has shown that her future is bright and that she is a standout star to watch.

Fort Knox Exchange
Virginia was asked on Sept. 2 if she could go TDY to assist with Operation Allied Guests at Camp Atterbury. Without hesitation, she departed on Sept. 7 for Indiana. She demonstrated the true Exchange determination as she stepped outside her comfort zone to take on the task. During the two-week TDY, she demonstrated an Exchange spirit to help whenever possible and how well our associates do under pressure. Thank you, Virginia, for the hard, long hours and helping to show our guests how welcoming we can be as a country.
