Mr. Monerul Mallick has been a cashier at Camp Arifjan Zone 6 Exchange for 13 years. He is all about taking care of his customers with a positive attitude and outstanding customer service, all while continuously promoting the MILITARY STAR card, helping Kuwait to vastly exceed its application goals.  In the last two months, Monerul has processed 169 approved MILITARY STAR applications, ranking him the top cashier with the highest number of approved applications in the Europe Region and No. 3 worldwide!  He is a true ambassador for the MILITARY STAR card program and his outstanding commitment to serve the deployed service members at the Tip of the Spear is highly commendable!

Justin has only been with us a short time but has already proven himself to be a natural leader, eager to learn and grow within the Exchange. He consistently sets a good example for his co-workers with his knowledge and positive attitude, inspiring them to work harder. Justin is a team player willing to help wherever he is needed without being asked. His natural charisma helps him to constantly upsell merchandise and push add-on sales while keeping the customers’ best interests. He has also kept his department reach at an attachment rate of 130% in bikes/bike accessories.

Gisela Schroll-Atterberry has been a dedicated employee for 31 years. She maintains a strong presence on the sales floor and is a hands-on worker in the trenches with her team daily. Her leadership and drive haVE shown great results for Wiesbaden’s Center Pad initiative. Jewelry sales were $118,172, which is $46,227 (64%) above goal, and Cosmetics & Accessories Q1 sales were $416,668, which is $74,994 (22%) above goal. Her efforts proved consistent as Wiesbaden’s Q2 jewelry sales reached $112,540, an increase of $20,103, or 22% above goal. She is a great asset to Wiesbaden and the Exchange.
