Donna Saiz has worked at the Davis-Monthan Burger King as a food service worker for 23 years. During stressful times, Donna always puts the customer first, offering great customer service with a smile. She is a true example of Family Serving Family. Recently she received a customer comment, “Donna is kind and fast. She listens to what I order and repeats it back, I like that. I wish all BK’s were this nice.”

Davina is always eager to work whenever needed to complete the mission.  During the last year, Davina helped at East Bliss Mini Mall, Luke Express, Carrington and Dona Ana Troop Store during staff shortages. She also helped get the new Hospital Retail Store ready for opening during the month of July.  Davina anticipates customer needs and adjusts to any change of our operations. She has also built a great relationship between the Exchange and leadership at the Sergeants Major Academy.

Laura Holste received remarkable kudos from our Hill AFB Spouse Community Social Media page. She has received shout-outs on the Hill AFB Wives page for the amazing customer service she brings to our Exchange Barber Shop. Laura continues to enforce extra sanitation measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 while customers, including children, are well taken care of during their time of service.  Children are often afraid to get a haircut, but Laura makes sure they are comfortable and happy during their visit.  With this recognition it has helped increase the clientele, sales and MILITARY STAR penetration rate, which is currently 2.62% above YTD last year. Thank you, Laura, for all your hard work and dedication to support the mission during these difficult times.
