Exchange is ‘Performing Extremely Well,’ Shull tells ALA

At the 74th annual American Logistics Association annual conference, Army & Air Force Exchange Service Director/CEO Tom Shull shared an update on the Department of Defense largest retailer’s performance during the COVID-19 pandemic and its plans to preserve the hard-earned benefit.

“We are performing extremely well,” Shull said during his Oct. 20 presentation. “Our performance against our key competitors continues to be very, very strong. We continued to receive industry recognitions throughout the pandemic.”

Shull was among military resale leaders who shared presentations with attendees during the virtual conference, which focused on “Creating a Path Toward Growth.”
