Ed Grantham is an awesome retired military associate who has been working with the Exchange for just over a year. He has become one of our most complimented floor sales associates in the North Court. Our valued customers seek his expertise while shopping for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. He’s extremely knowledgeable with the products in his area of responsibility and he always relays to the inventory control associates what special needs our customers have. He’s not just making external customers happy; he is also one of the most pleasant and helpful co-workers! He’s one of the best and the Exchange is extremely fortunate to have him!

Kuwait – Jordan Exchange
Mr. Ulan Isabaev has been working with the Exchange since 2011, serving our troops in Afghanistan and Kuwait throughout his career. As a Services Business Tech, his commitment to improving the quality of life for our deployed troops has helped the Kuwait Exchange provide the best services and highest standards! His contributions have been instrumental in bringing the Kuwait Exchange back to full capacity for food and concession services after COVID mitigations. He has also played a vital role in the successful completion of the HUGE Fall Holiday Bazaar on Camp Arifjan, which achieved sales of $260k with $54k in earnings! We are thankful for him and his tireless dedication to the Exchange mission and helping to improve the lives of the deployed troops and bringing a taste of home to the tip of the spear!

Gabriella has been providing great service to our customers for over 17 years as an Ops Squad member. She does an outstanding job assisting other areas to ensure the store is running smoothly. She has extensive knowledge of store operations and is always willing to share her knowledge with her colleagues. Gabriella is the primary buy online, pickup in store processor and is truly dedicated to the customers who purchase online and ensures they have the best experience with their orders. She is continually looking for ways to increase operational efficiency and to promote Exchange programs. Gabriella created a form to remind team members to offer AppleCare and EPP when customers pick up their BOPIS orders and this has helped contribute to our 21% AppleCare and 15.16% EPP attachment rates YTD!
