The hard work and dedication to our service men and women provided by Lydia Harris, Guley Aksoz and Talal Zayadneh are outstanding. Their efforts to continuously find new ways to provide extra customer care are appreciated, and we are proud to have them on the Europe team!

Lydia is a pure delight to work with and our customers enjoy her high positive energy. She is our Snack Avenue expert, and she is continuously looking for better, more efficient ways to improve and complete her daily tasks to serve our customers. Our year-to-date Snack Avenue numbers reflect Lydia’s dedication and joy in her job: Roller Grill – Tornados, 42%; Self-Serve Soup, 61%; Premium Javam 32%l Roller Grill – Hot Dogs, 109%; and Roller Grill Bites, 158%. She constantly assists in other areas to help the team.  She has proved to be an invaluable asset to the Clay Kaserne Troop Store!

Guley Aksoz

Incirlik Main Exchange

Guley Aksoz is a very energetic associate who takes pride in asking each customer if they would like to use their MILITARY STAR_® card to make their purchase. If they don’t have an account, she asks them if they would like to open one and tells them the benefits of having a MILITARY STAR_® card. She has opened 21 new card accounts totaling $257,568, which is an increase of 3.5% year to date. Guley’s extra effort helped the Incirlik Exchange win the MILITARY STAR_® New Account Contest. She is very customer-oriented and truly loves what she does for the Exchange. Every day, she focuses on establishing a lifetime relationship with the customers she serves and delivers a remarkable customer experience at the Incirlik Main Store.

Talal Zayadneh
Store Manager
Jordan MSAB Exchange

Talal Zayadneh started his career as an MPA associate in 2014 as a stocker at the Jordan Joint Training Center Exchange. Being a quick learner dedicated to assisting customers made him the “go to” associate. After two years, he became the assistant store manager for JTC. His contribution to rodeo missions—270 days each year, to support undisclosed locations—helped the Exchange provide well-deserved comforts of home to deployed service members at the tip of the spear! In 2019, he joined the MSAB Exchange team as the assistant store manager. His initiatives in expanding softlines and tactical sections, as well as changing the layout of the MSAB store, increased average monthly sales by 5%. Now as store manager for MSAB, he has been a pillar for both retail and concession operations for the Exchange for his outstanding dedication in achieving the Exchange mission!
