Through every challenge we have faced over the last year, he has made every effort to lead his team and adjust their processes to get us through these tough times. He has done a great job to ensure his team is taking the extra steps needed to clean and sanitize the facility for every customer. Jay instills his team with the willingness to do what it takes to remain open for our customers and modifies their routines at the request of Base Command without hesitation. Shane is an outstanding crew member who continuously goes the extra mile for our customers. He always greets our customers, asks how they’re doing, and will suggest new menu items. Shane makes sure he goes out to the lobby to ask the customers how their meal was and if there is anything else they need. He is a great team leader. Shane has helped us achieve high scores on our brand audits by teaching the team with great patience. His exceptional customer service has helped increase sales over LM by 41%. Way to go, Shane!

Jacqueline always goes above and beyond when assisting our customers. She ensures they leave the store knowing their special orders will arrive by the date they need them. She recently assisted a service member’s spouse with a special shadow box. The spouse was making a shadow box that would hold her husband and her father-in-law’s awards together. Because some of the awards were old, Jaqueline had to do some intense research to get all the medals and awards needed for the customer. She was successful in her research and the customer was able to complete the shadow box for her husband. Jacqueline shows amazing patience and dedication to our customers. Her level of service is outstanding!
