Cavalier Space Force Station – Grand Forks Air Force Base
David is the Pepsi representative for Grand Forks AFB and Cavalier Space Force Station. His partnership with the Exchange has resulted in four micro markets and 30 vending machines across Grand Forks AFB and Cavalier SFS. The bottom line for full line vending is 89.5% above last year YTD. David’s dedication and commitment to the Exchange mission has brought a much-needed service to our smaller installations, providing 24-hour service for our Airmen and their families. He continues to exceed the bar by working to expand vending operations to our other three installations in North Dakota. We would like to thank David for always stepping up to the plate, no matter what challenge lies ahead.

Jenna has been with the Wright-Pat Exchange for 11 years and has held many positions at both the Main Store and the Home & Garden. She is currently a valued member of our Main Store customer service team. She comes in every day with a smile and kind word for her co-workers and customers. Jenna has a loyal following of customers who will wait for her to take care of them, and she takes care of every one of them. Customers say she makes them feel they are her No. 1 priority when she helps them. The Main Store had numerous comments on how well she takes care of each customer. One customer gave her a rose because her kind words greatly touched them during a difficult time. Most recently, a phone customer she worked with took the time to call back and talk to a manager to let them know what a great job Jenna did helping them. They also took the time to come into the store to help present a champion card to her for a job well done. Jenna truly exhibits the characteristics of great customer service.
Mary Bowen

Mary Bowen is an exemplary associate. She recently took on the responsibility of stepping into BK and was re-certified. While it’s not required of her, she continues to go back and check on her previous co-workers, ensuring the CHOPZ crew is taken care of, and orders are complete. She has also stepped behind the counter of the Express to help cover as needed. Always busy, and never still, she is one of the rare associates who will prepare things ahead for other associates to make their life easier. Truly an associate of service to her team and customers. hank you, Mary, for all you do!
