Lady Joan served 20 years in the military before retiring and is proud to say she is a Gulf War Veteran. She joined the Exchange family in December 2005, when she opened her Ladies Fashion Boutique business. The Davis-Monthan Main Store appreciates her contributions and her willingness to participate in our events. She knows the Exchange commitment to our military community and loves that she can continue serving the troops and their families. Lady Joan exemplifies what it truly means when we say “Family Serving Family” and we are honored that she is part of our Exchange family.

Joleen is one of the driving forces on the receiving team at the Express and consistently goes above and beyond her duties. She leads the team in an organized and detailed manner for inventory prep to ensure inventory flows smoothly. Joleen is always on the lookout for ways to protect accountability by ensuring daily invoices and transfers are all received and released in a timely manner. She also helps find variances to attain a favorable year-end result. Her work ethic is commendable and exemplary. She is a self-starter and the backbone of the Fort Wainwright Express. We are proud to have her on the team as she is a major asset to the Northern Alaska Exchange family.

Ashley has done an outstanding job motivating and leading her team at the Fort Bliss Gulf Victory Starbucks. The team responds by exemplifying an outstanding experience for our customers due to Ashley’s leadership and drive. She treats our customers like family and even knows her regular customers by name, motivating them to return, which shows in our financials. Both year to date sales and direct operating results are above prior year 57.2% and 678%, respectively. Ashley truly embodies the spirit of “Serving the Best Customers in the World”, and we are proud she is on the Fort Bliss team!
