As a customer experience associate in the firearms department, Clayton has somewhat of a following among customers. His in-depth knowledge and friendly demeanor have had a positive influence on the customer experience and business financials. His knowledge has increased our firearms accessories sales 45.8% per unit, which is 14% over our peer group average. With Firearms and Dept 91 sales of $647k, Clayton has also increased our average ticket to $49.20, which is an increase of 4.96% over prior year! Clayton executes and maintains the day-to-day department tasks to ensure the department is stocked and ready for business. He takes great pride in providing exceptional customer service. \Clayton is a great example of “Family Serving Family” and is truly deserving of this recognition!

Angel Gaitan demonstrates how essential he is to the North Troop Food Court and Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland Exchange daily. Recently, when Burger King needed a manger on a temporary basis, he eagerly stepped up to the challenge. Angel shares his talent with anyone and will assist any facility in need. His encouragement and leadership have helped his team to be able to meet goals of reopening on Mondays, improved drive-thru daily goals and—with a friendly competition within the food court— brought new focus to improving sales.

Under Lisa’s guidance, all three of the Tinker Barber Shops have remained open and ready to assist every client. During the most difficult times, she has displayed a can-do attitude, which echoes in every shop.
