The hard work and dedication to our service men and women provided by Kathleen Andrews, Juergen Kamm and Andreea Ilea are outstanding. Their efforts to continuously find new ways to provide that extra customer care are appreciated, and we are proud to have them on the Europe team!

Kathleen “Kat” Andrews
Services Assistant Manager
RAF Lakenheath

Kat is the UK Event and Social Media guru. In FY21, she organized 52 collaborative events and four events in December, netting over $16.8k in sales. FY22 started off with a bang as Kat coordinated support for an MWR “Island Beach” holiday event at RAF Lakenheath. There were three food trucks front and center at our base-wide Military Auto Source (MAS) event, resulting in a sale that day after the new MAS vehicle “reveal.” Kat’s efforts as our Exchange Public Affairs Representative have boosted the UK Facebook page to a firm 4.7 out of 5 stars, one of the highest in Europe, with engagements and posts reaching more than 8,000 for February alone. Kat is a force to be reckoned with an we are proud to have her at our Exchange!

Juergen Kamm
R&M Shop Supervisor
Engineering Office – Europe

Juergen does an excellent job in keeping the EUCOM facilities operational. Through various challenges repairing and maintaining equipment, he has been onsite over the years, managing work orders, repairs and cultivating his DPW partnerships. Juergen is consistently dedicated and determined to execute the Exchange mission by providing tremendous customer service to the European retail teams.  He has been a key factor in “Making it Better” for the communities throughout Europe through execution of Exchange projects and programs.

Andreea “Andi” Ilea
Softlines Supervisor
Panzer Main Store

Andi absolutely enjoys being a supervisor at Panzer Main Store for Softlines Apparel and Shoes and it shows. She always has a smile on her face, is great at interacting with customers and consistently thinks outside the box to drive sales for her department. Andi is always willing to lend a hand in other departments when needed and is a generous leader devoted to investing time and energy into her team. She continuously goes beyond expectations to support her chain of command and has worked hard to understand the importance of operational excellence. Andi has taken additional LEX training; has attended GM-led financial training and invested her own time to better understand our business,  the challenges we face industry-wide and how to mitigate those challenges. She truly goes above and beyond to take care of our service members and their families, making her an incredible addition to the Panzer Main Store family.
