Customers leave positive feedback and comments saying how much they love that Donalda knows their order from memory. Her team also demonstrates the same great customer service. During the last Food Business Manager’s operation visit, the FBM pointed out Donalda and her team’s great customer service. Donalda truly exemplifies “Family Serving Family.”

Fort Wainwright & Eielson Air Force Base

Carleen has played an integral part in the success of the Fort Wainwright and Eielson Air Force Base Exchange Services Operations. Not only does she keep up with the normal day-to-day Services and Vending, but Carleen is also always on the lookout for new businesses as well as planning and executing special events monthly. Fort Wainwright Services is currently 41% or +$350k above annual financial plan income and Eielson is 2% or +$6k above AFP income, thanks to Carleen’s hard work and dedication. Carleen can be counted on to assist whenever and wherever needed. On multiple occasions, she has helped  food facilities get through busy lunch periods when they have been short-staffed. Carleen spent many years as a visual merchandiser for the Wainwright and Eielson Exchanges and is always willing to assist in training and assisting the VMs as needed. She truly exemplifies what it means to be a team player.

Lisa Hooks

Fort Bliss

Lisa has great customer service skills with both her internal and external customers. She is well-respected by her peers and teammates. Her daily tasks consist of releasing all receiving documents, reporting mispicks and shortages from the distribution center, and actively working the Purchase in Transit (PIT) report. Lisa works directly with the receiving team and communicates all the issues to the Main Store management team. She ensures accountability issues are resolved monthly. Lisa has reported approximately $50k in variances during FY21 due to mispicks or missing merchandise. She has been a vital part of achieving great inventory results over the years. She is a great asset to the Bliss Main Exchange.
