Doaa Hassan is very dedicated to the Exchange mission and is a valuable part of the Exchange team. As the SBM, she is consistently looking for new ways to grow the business. She has a strong Command relationship and works with the military community such as the Defense Commissary agency, the Air Force, Army Commands and Morale, Welfare and Recreation to build partnerships and collaborate on events that help increase sales and strengthen the community bond. If she is not out searching for new business opportunities to keep the mall fresh, she is working closely with our existing partners to support them any way she can. Doaa has many challenges in an Exchange with all National Guard locations and she has had many successes especially with our short-term concessions. In a challenging Economic environment, Doaa was able to grow her businesses 97.4% above plan and her income a whopping 235% above plan for FY ’21. Doaa Hassan is making a difference and is a great example of “Family Serving Family.”

Amber Jackson is a Customer Experience Associate at the Little Rock Class Six Express who works the front lines to take care of the Best Customers in the World. Amber is always ready to help customers with the friendly and professional service that they have come to depend on. On March 22, while Amber was working at the register, a customer from Retiree Activities came in to present her with a plaque for her exceptional service every single time she is working. The plaque was amazing to receive, but even more rewarding for Amber was to see how much of an impact she has had on her customers. Our team is proud to have her, and our customers are as well. Amber Jackson truly demonstrates our Core Value of “Family Serving Family”!

In the seven months Carmen has been with us, she has sold more cookies than all associates and supervisors combined. She is very friendly and warm with our customers. Carmen is a big part of why he Whiteman Burger King has maintained a 97% average in our REV visits and how we are 39% above FY21 in sales. Carmen is a great asset to the Whiteman team.
