On Flickr: See Pictures From the Dallas Pride Fest and Parade

The Exchange celebrated its commitment to diversity during the weekend by participating in the Dallas Pride festival and Alan Ross Texas Freedom Parade at Dallas’ Fair Park.

Chief Operating Officer Jason Rosenberg was among those who participated in the parade, which took place Sunday. For the first time, an Exchange truck—featuring a trailer wrap honoring Exchange special emphasis group PRIDE (People Respecting Individuality, Diversity & Equality)—was part of the parade.

On Saturday, associates including PRIDE members had a booth at the festival, where they handed out Exchange literature, including information about the Exchange’s Veteran/military spouse hiring initiative and the Veterans online shopping benefit.
