Timothy is a major contributor to the maintenance and success at Eustis Main Exchange. He has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars on basic facility upkeep and expenses by procuring materials at the best prices and completing basic facility maintenance instead of relying on outside contractors. He is more than happy to maintain his facility and assist other facilities with their maintenance needs. Timothy consistently keeps our stockroom operations running smoothly, diligently and effectively following through on the receiving process until necessary corrections are made. All additional tasks, such as work schedule adjustments and covering personnel shortages, are completed in a timely manner. Timothy successfully improved our annual inventory by reducing our top five department variances 13 – 85% over previous year. At the end of each day, our stockroom is clean, organized and prepared for the next business day. Timothy is highly dependable, always prompt and truly a valued member to Fort Eustis Main Store and the Exchange!
Kristine Gardner

Despite Kristine’s short time with the Exchange, she has made a substantial impact on our Services Operations. She has worked hard to increase the mobile food truck sales by increasing the number of truck rotations from seven to 10. Since November 2021, our mobile food sales have increased by 29%. Kristine also oversees the vending operation and has increased sales 10% over previous year. Her drive for success is demonstrated in her desire for continued learning. he is currently enrolled in the Retail Management Academy and strives to learn retail, service and food operations every day. Kristine has successfully built collaborative relationships to drive positive financial results. She is a huge asset to our team!
Shonetta Richardson

Charleston Air Force Base
Shonetta Richardson is the newest member of our team and within three months, she has made a positive impact to the Charleston Air Force Base food court. Her knowledge and experience in food operations are on display daily. She takes the time to do the job right the first time, pays close attention to detail and expertly executes standards during prep and food service. Shonetta’s pleasant and cheerful attitude is what makes others feel welcome and appreciated, which leads to results! She has successfully established a great rapport with our customers and implements the highest level of upbeat and helpful customer service. She is a contributing factor to Subway’s sales in FM March of $25,469 or 3% above previous year. Shonetta is a great asset, and we are happy to have her on the Charleston team!
